The Mount Holyoke Muslims Students’ Association is one of many religious clubs on campus. The club welcome both Muslim of the Islamic Faith and Non-Muslims to all their events. Weekly Jummu’ah Lunches and Prayer services are held at Elliot House. We encourage an environment of inclusion, understanding and compassion. The MSA over the years has had a great many events from annual Eid dinners, socials, game nights to knowledgeable and renowned speaker events. We hope to continue to provide a platform where Muslims and Non-Muslims can gather to speak, learn and understand each other.
*Islam is one of the three Abrahamic religions, practiced by Muslims. It was revealed to the Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) by Jabrail with the first words “Read (or recite) in the name of your Lord..” (Surah Al-Alaq, verse 1)
